Rental periods: week, midweek and weekends (minimum 3 days)

The camper is equipped for 6 people. Included are; Cooking utensils, crockery, glasses, cutlery, toilet paper,
kettle, water hose, groundsheet, large table, and set of 6 chairs. Additional sockets were also added.
The TV is equipped with DVD player. If WiFi is available at the campsite, you can stream to TV. We recently connected a Google Chromecast 3 to the TV.

When returning the mobile home, it is of course expected that the diesel tank and fresh water tank are full again. Dirty water tank and chemical toilet empty upon return. The inside and outside must also be clean. Mobilhome is fully cleaned again after each rental and, given the current circumstances, disinfected by us.

The mobile home can be rented to people with pets.
Please inform us in advance if you are bringing your pet so that we can replace the rear mattress with a dog/cat proof mattress if you wish. The dog/catproof mattress is a 90cm * 200cm size and has a removable cover.
This mattress will be removed when rented to people without pets, and replaced by a standard 90cm * 220cm clean mattress.

Driving this fairly large mobile home is actually not that difficult, only when parking backwards it can be useful that you ask / receive help. The reversing camera is integrated in the GPS and is a useful and good tool. GPS is also set to avoid bridges/roads that are too high/too narrow.

Loading of mobile home :

Since the weight of the ready-to-drive mobile home is fairly high, we prefer to rent it out to 2 to 4 adults or 2 adults and 1 to 4 children.
Any explanation that we think is important should be mentioned below.
The ready-to-drive mobile home with 90% filled fuel tank and 90% filled water tank and with 1 full gas tank weighs about 3110 kg.
Load capacity is therefore still 390 kg. If you add all the stuff here, such as table/chairs and other necessities, you arrive at 3160kg and therefore 340kg load capacity (for people/pets).
One of the simplest solutions there is is to only fill the fresh water tank to 50 to 60%.
This will quickly save you 50kg/60kg, increasing your load capacity to just under 400kg. We think this is important to mention because there are hefty fines for overloading mobile homes in some countries.

The following is included in the rental period:
-Breakdown assistance, vehicle travel assistance, comprehensive insurance (deposit 1250€),
2 filled gas bottles, full water tank if desired, full fuel oil tank, maintenance products, wheel chocks, connection cables, garden hose, 2 sets of mattress protectors, 2 USB 12 Volt chargers, etc...
- Also new is the presence of an environmental sticker for France.
- Environmental sticker for Germany is mandatory in almost all German cities. This is currently also available in the camper.
