Jefke – Vw Westfalia Berlin

This Belgian bus from 1978 was in very bad condition when we bought it. The sheet metal in particular was bad due to many "repairs" that only got rid of the rust instead of removing it. New panels were once welded on, but unfortunately we all had to redo them. The roof, interior, canvas and headlining were also replaced, which essentially makes it a new bus.

No expense has been spared to get this bus back in perfect condition, with an eye on originality. The original Berlin layout was retained, but in terms of color we eventually opted for the coveted Savannah beige instead of the Mexico beige paint.

The bus has a long revised gearbox and a strong 2 liter engine, which makes it more pleasant to drive on the highway with this bus. The top speed is therefore somewhat higher, but so is the consumption.

In addition, there are many gadgets present in this bus such as USB charging points, large water tank, gas parking heater, modern radio. As a result, this bus can be used for rental almost all year round. The ideal motorhome for an adventurous trip.

This bus is insured for rental to third parties under a BA policy.
As a result, the damage to the other party is covered by the policy, but own damage to the vehicle is always and completely for the renter. The deductible is therefore entirely for the tenant.
