Everything was arranged correctly and everything was provided in the camper. Always available during the trip, smooth collection and smooth return.

neat spacious camper, smooth and correct communication. fully equipped with all necessary comfort and accessories for a complete camping holiday

Our first experience with a camper trip was a great success and definitely worth repeating. The camper was spacious enough for four people and functioned well. Unfortunately there were some damages, such as a cracked window and dents on the outside, and the camper made a lot of noise while driving. Nevertheless, it brought us safely to all destinations, which is ultimately the most important thing. Honesty and clear communication are essential to us. The website states that the camper is equipped with air conditioning in the living area, but this was not the case. This was mentioned during our first conversation, but should not be in the description. In addition, a t-shirt and a bottle of cava were promised, which we unfortunately did not receive. Although this did not affect our holiday, it is important to manage expectations correctly. Some tips for future renters: ask for written confirmation of all agreements made. In our case, for example, it was promised to purchase a tarpaulin for the bicycles, but this was not present when we picked up the camper. Also check that all essential items are on board; for example, we discovered that the blocks to level the camper were missing. Finally, although we had a nice holiday, we will choose to rent from a different landlord next time.

Everything was fine. As they promise, the holiday started as soon as we drove away with the camper including all the supplies you could possibly need. Our daughter's dream became reality thanks to the Arc! Definitely worth repeating.

Very positive. Both the communication beforehand, the explanation during the pick-up and the warm welcome when returning the camper were great. Sam is very friendly and helps you with advice and action. The camper itself is large enough, very neat and equipped with all comfort. Highly recommended.
