Bookings are made with a professional owner who is a partner of Yescapa.
In the event of cancellation, the following refund conditions apply:

More than 50 days before the pick-up date:
You will be refunded the full amount paid, minus a €300 administration fee.

Between 49 and 15 days before the pick-up date:
You will be refunded 50% of the rental price.
The refunded amount may not be less than the amount paid, minus a €300 administration fee.

Less than 15 days before the pick-up date:
You will be refunded 20% of the rental price.

On the pick-up date or in the event of refusal to collect the vehicle:
You will be refunded 5% of the rental price (including any insurance options and extra's purchased).
